Sweet one moment and manipulative the next, Tara knows just how far to push her youthful charms - though she occasionally forgets that she's not really a little girl anymore. In fact, she seems to have a hard time deciding between acting younger and acting older.

Tara is about four foot ten ("And a half!") with a deeper red hair than her mother. Her eyes are the same penetrating green as Fiona's however and her face is beginning to get the same sculpted look to it. Fiona has never revealed (at least to the world at large) who her father is. Her colors, for now, are a dark burgandy and a dark blue. Her symbol is a ribbon tied in a bow.
