The two of them grew up in Benedict's shadow of Avalon for the most part. Now, at the age of sixty or so, they have visited both Amber and many other shadows. Sometimes they are apart, but they always seem inexorably drawn back together. Alexander is a tall, slender but muscular man, around 5'10", with Benedict's medium brown hair, usually in his face as he slumps, and brown eyes. He dresses in conservative brown and tan, and his emblem is an abstract design that resembles a zen sand sculpture.
